AntiGravity for Runners  April 15th @ 3pm

Join Jordan Shamir to learn how AntiGravity Fitness and the Fascianation Method can improve your running. This 90 minute class will assist you in bringing balance into your fitness regimen by incorporating zero compression inversions allowing your spine to decompress. This workshop will start with 30 min using the Fascinator to release tension in our fascia followed by an hour AntiGravity class focusing on hip mobility, stretching, and core strengthening. 

This class is appropriate for everyone and no prior experience is necessary.
