Airbarre workshop

Join Master Trainer and co-choreogrpher of AntiGravity® AIRbarre, Lorianne Major from NYC for a 90 minute aerial dance conditioning class that will make you sweat and smile. AntiGravity’s version of a barre class, AIRbarre, challenges the body and mind beyond the vertical plane and up into the air by transferring much of the barre movements to the Harrison Hammock. This new technique integrates zero-compression inversions with the muscle shaping techniques, and the elongating principles of dance conditioning.
